Zero Carb Flaxmeal Bread
2C golden flaxmeal (Bob's Red Mill is good)
1c well-chopped nuts (pecan, peanuts, whatever)
1/2c Splenda
1t baking powder
1t baking soda
5 eggs, well beaten
1/2c Torani sugar-free syrup (caramel, banana, whatever sounds good to you)
5T canola oil
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all dry ingredients together. Mix all wet ingredients together, and gently fold all together. Pour batter into a very well-greased 8.5x4.5 inch loaf pan. Bake for 35 minutes or so. Bread is done when a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
