The racial tension that sparked protests and demonstrations at Mizzou are back in the national spotlight.
Director and producer Spike Lee has teamed up with ESPN to release a four-part miniseries tackling hot button social issues and sports. His first film is focused on the University of Missouri, titled “Two Fists Up.”
The hour-long documentary profiles the campus unrest that broke out at Mizzou last fall. Lee interviews key players in the protests and university leaders who are trying to clean up the school’s public image by mending deep wounds.
