KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The 19th annual Pet Telethon is one of the biggest fundraising events of the year for the Humane Society of Greater Kansas City, a no-kill animal shelter. They receive no money from any state, city or federal government organizations or from any national animal welfare organizations. They also work with KCK Animal Services to provide life-saving care.

The Pet Telethon is Sunday, March 10 on our sister station, 38 The Spot. During the telethon, you can meet adoptable pets and learn about health issues for your animals.

Last year, the telethon raised more than $114,000.

On Sunday, March 10, submit videos of you and your pet to the 38 the Spot Facebook page.
