What steps do you need to take?
- Turn off the electrical circuit breakers
- Unscrew light bulbs
- Tape off all of the electrical wiring mechanisms
- Clean off the grease and grime
- Spray paint the light fixture
- Replace the globes
- Hang fixture with bulbs facing down
