KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Working on your barbeque skills?

Here are some tips from barbeque judges to take your barbecue to competition level. 

Fall off the bone ribs aren't necessarily the standard. The meat should have a nice texture. When you take a bite, you want the rest of the meat on the bone so one bite is clean.
