James Beard Award-winning food journalist Jill Silva has spent years covering Kansas City's bustling food scene. She co-hosts the podcast with 41 Action News Anchor Lindsay Shively, an award-winning storyteller who is always hungry for local fare because #LindsayLovesFood as much as she loves Kansas City. 

In this debut episode, they sit down with Krokstrom Klubb & Market  Executive Chef and Owner Katee McClean to talk about her newest venture — a spot inside Parlor KC, a food hall opening in Fall 2018 that will offer a variety of fares including McClean’s Scandinavian street food, Grandview’s Providence Pizza, Korean street food, “Mother Clucker,” which will serve Nashville hot chicken, and more.
