KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Shake Shack celebrated its grand opening in Kansas City Thursday at 11 a.m.
It’s located on West 47th Street on the Country Club Plaza.
The first 100 people in line got a free customized Charlie Hustle T-shirt.

General Manager Lee Hoechstetter said they’ve partnered with local businesses to cultivate a local feel.
With the anticipation of long lines over the next few weeks, Hoechstetter encourages customers to use the Shake Shack app to order and pay online, then simply grab their food at the pickup window in the store.
