Disappointing news for Journey fans in Kansas City.
The Starlight Theatre says they tried, but because of the scheduling conflicts they are officially canceling the Journey concert.
The concert was suppose to be on July 22, but it was rained out.
Starlight is offering full refunds.
Tickets purchased with a credit card directly from Starlight Theatre via phone, kcstarlight.com or box office will be automatically refunded.
Organizers say allow up to seven business days for that refund to show up in your account.
Tickets purchased with cash at the Starlight box office must be returned to the box office in person or by mail for a refund.
Refunds will include service fees.
If you purchased tickets through a third-party source, such as Reseller or Broker, you must contact that source to obtain a refund.
