KANSAS CITY, Mo. — One man was found shot to death Thursday morning at a car dealership in Belton, police said.
Around 10:45 a.m., police responded to a possible shooting at the Show Me Auto Mall, 1421 E. North Ave. When officers arrived, they found one man dead of apparent firearm injuries.
He was later identified as Kyle Wanner of Belton.
One man was taken into custody as a suspect in the shooting. On Friday, police said the Cass County Prosecutor's Office charged Edward Cornejo-Juarez of Kansas City, Missouri, with second-degree murder and armed criminal action in connection with the deadly shooting.
His bond was set at $250,000.
No other suspects were being sought, police said.
