UPDATE, 9:19 p.m. | The victim, who has not yet been identified, is now in non-life threatening condition.

ORIGINAL STORY | One man suffered life-threatening injuries in a shooting Sunday night in Kansas City, Missouri.

Police responded shortly after 6 p.m. to the 2600 block of East 8th Street, where the victim was located.
