KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Two people were injured Monday in a shooting at Big T’s Bar B Q.
Kansas City, Missouri, police responded to an armed robbery at the restaurant shortly after noon in the 6200 block of Blue Parkway, one of two Big T’S Bar B Q locations.
Police said that one victim was shot, and the other was struck in the back of the heading, resulting in injury. Both victims are Big T's Bar B Q employees and were taken to an area hospital in stable condition.
Previously, police had reported that both victims had been shot.
The suspected shooter fled east on Blue Parkway with an undisclosed amount of cash.
