KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Five juveniles have been arrested following an armed disturbance Tuesday in Olathe.

Police responded around 2 p.m. to the 1500 block of East 123rd Street, where officers located a 51-year-old man arguing with the youths outside of his home.

Olathe police said the juveniles fired multiple shots at the man, who was not injured.

Officers initially arrested four of the suspects, prompting brief lockdowns for at least two schools in the area. The Johnson County Sunset Office Building, health department and sheriff’s buildings also were locked down.

The fifth suspect was apprehended a short time later.
