59 more people arrested as part of Operation LeGend

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The United States Attorney's Office for the Western District of Missouri announced 59 more arrests were made in Operation LeGend, the federal task force created to address violent crime.

The total arrests made in the operation are now up to 156 since the start of the operation last month, according to attorney’s office.

As part of Friday's announcement, federal agents and officers say they seized 17 firearms, and drugs ranging from THC cartridges to crack cocaine.

Since the start of operation agents and officers have seized 52 total firearms.
