Authorities search for Raytown bank robber

Authorities are searching for a man who robbed a bank in Raytown, Mo., Friday.

The Kansas City FBI said the Bank of America at 10017 E. 63rd Street was robbed at 1:45 p.m.

The FBI said the suspect gave the teller a demand note. The suspect was carrying a brown accordion-style folder. The FBI said the suspect fled the bank on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.

No weapons were displayed and no one was injured in the incident, according to the KC FBI.

The suspect is described as a male in his 30s with average build, approximately 5’8” to 5’10”. He was wearing a gray long-sleeve hoodie, a Kansas City Chiefs baseball cap and wire-framed glasses.
