Morgan told the call taker the shooter's name was "Tevin Lynch, with a T," the court document states.

Morgan died at the house a few minutes later.

A man who knew both men said he saw Lynch leave the house the day of the murder, the court document states.

Lynch, 28, of Kansas City, Missouri, is charged in Jackson County Court with second degree murder and armed criminal action.

Prosecutors asked a judge to set Lynch's bond at $250,00 cash only.
