Ex-Claycomo officer, wife charged with fraudulently attempting to obtain prescriptions

A former Claycomo, Missouri police officer and his wife are facing multiple charges for allegedly trying to obtain pharmaceutical drugs using a fake prescription. 

Adam Wade and Skye Wade are both charged with fraudulently attempting to obtain prescription drugs.

According to a probable cause statement, Skye and Adam Wade both attempted to get a fake prescription order for 20 mg Oxycodone tablets filled at three different pharmacies.

Skye Wade told investigators she created the prescription forms using a personal computer.

Adam Wade allegedly attempted to pick up the prescription wearing his police uniform and took his police cruiser through a pharmacy drive-thru.

Adam and Skye Wade are both being held on $25,000 bonds.
