KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Police in Kansas City, Kansas, are investigating the life-threatening shooting of a juvenile.
Shortly before 1 p.m. on Wednesday, KCKPD officers responded to a shooting in the 7500 block of State Avenue.
That’s where the victim, identified as a male juvenile, was located. He was transported to an area hospital.

The crime scene appeared to span several blocks based on footage from 41 Action News Skytracker.
