KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A Kansas City, Kansas, man died Thursday from injuries he suffered in a shooting Monday night.

Kansas City, Kansas, police said the shooting happened just before 10:30 p.m. in the 600 block of Stine Avenue.

The victim has been identified as 25-year-old Jonathan Perez.

He was taken to the hospital after the shooting, where he later died.
