KC man faces first-degree murder charge in JoCo

A Kansas City, Mo., man has been charged with first-degree murder.

James Arthur Willis, 28, was picked up on an arrest warrant in Johnson County just before 10 a.m. on Thursday.

He was booked into the Johnson County Jail after 11 a.m. Thursday. 

He remains in jail on a $15 million bond, according to the Johnson County Sheriff's booking log. 

At this time, it's unknown which case he's been charged in connection to. Overland Park police say they could not comment on the case due to the case being sealed.
