KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas City, Kansas, police are investigating a homicide that happened in the 1800 block of Walker Avenue just after 11:15 a.m.
When officers arrived at the location they found a man in his 40s inside a home with a gunshot wound.
The man was declared dead.
Police do not have a suspect at this time.
