KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Kansas City, Missouri, Neighborhoods and Housing Services is asking for help to identify two suspects caught on camera illegally dumping trash in Kansas City.
The suspects dumped the trash near East 45th Street and Garfield Avenue, which the department called "a notorious illegal dumping site."
The two men were driving a white truck with a ladder on top of it and a trailer attached to it.
