KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A man is facing charges after he allegedly shot a man to death with a shotgun and another weapon last year.

Felipe Reyna, Jr., 28, is charged with second-degree murder and armed criminal action.

He's accused of killing Charles Williams on July 21, 2017, in the front yard of Williams's home on the 2700 block Van Brunt Boulevard.

According to prosecutors, witnesses said Renya came to the residence armed with a shotgun with other individuals. Witnesses told officials that an argument was heard before several gunshots. Renya and others were then allegedly seen fleeing the home.

Prosecutors have requested a $300,000 bond.
