KCPD investigate after 'BLM' spray painted on vehicles in Waldo

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas City, Missouri, police are investigating after nine vehicles in the Waldo neighborhood had "BLM" spray painted on them.

Police responded shortly after 9 a.m. on Wednesday to the area of 80th and Main streets for property damage.

The caller saw the spray painting on her neighbor's vehicle and when she went to notify the neighbor, noticed that her vehicle had the same markings, according to a preliminary report.

Two others also reported that their vehicles were spray painted with "BLM."

Metro Property Crimes was notified about the incident.
