UPDATE, 2/18 | Police have identified the victim as 29-year-old Terrell L. Parker of Kansas City, Missouri.
EARLIER | Kansas City, Missouri, police are investigating a fatal shooting Saturday night.
Officers were dispatched shortly after 9 p.m. to the 5700 block of Manchester Ave. in regard to a shooting.
Upon arrival, one adult male victim was located and pronounced dead from an apparent gunshot wound.
Witnesses said the victim and a suspect, who fled on foot and is not in custody, were involved in a disturbance when the shooting occurred.
