EARLIER | KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Police are investigating after a man was found shot to death in a Kansas City, Missouri parking lot.
Officers were dispatched to a shooting at about 5:50 p.m. Wednesday on the 5900 block of E. 40th Terrace. A black man was found lying dead on the pavement of the parking area.
Witnesses told police that two black men fired shots from a blue Dodge Ram before speeding away westbound.
