KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas City, Missouri, police are looking for two people wanted in connection with an attempted robbery last week that left one man critically injured.
Shortly before 8 p.m. on Dec. 29, two suspects attempted to carjack a man outside J’s Fish and Chicken restaurant at 2831 Prospect Ave.
Police said the victim tried to fight off the robbers and was shot "multiple times."
The victim remains in critical condition, police said Monday.
The first suspect is between 5'10" and 6'2" and was wearing a blue puffer coat with burgundy or red pants.
The other suspect is between 5'5" and 5'9" and was wearing a gray hooded jacket and plaid pajama pants.
