KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas City, Missouri, Police are looking for a person of interest in a homicide that happened in June.
Shawndell Reed was shot in the 2300 block of East 28th Street on June 28.
Witnesses said the victim was in a physical altercation with the shooter at the time he shot.
Police are now looking for 31-year-old Ronald E Phillips. He is wanted for homicide and other warrants.
Officers said that Phillips is frequently seen in the area of East 9th Street and Olive Street.
