KANSAS CITY, Mo. — One man died from injuries sustained in a shooting a day earlier in Kansas City, Missouri, police announced Thursday afternoon.
KCPD officers responded to a home in the 10000 block of East 43rd Street, just off Pittman Road, around 12:50 p.m. on Wednesday on a reported shooting.
One man was found outside the back of the home, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound, according to a KCPD spokeswoman.
The man was transported to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries. He died later Wednesday, police said.
The victim’s name has not been released.
