Kansas City police are looking for a man who is a subject of interest in a double homicide.
Jimmie L. Verge is wanted in connection to a shooting that left Fanandous Groves, 23, and Gerrod Woods, 23, dead. Both men were from Kansas City, Missouri.
The shooting occurred on in a Dec. 14 on Wabash Avenue.
Around 9 p.m., the Kansas City Police Department responded to a call about a disturbance involving gun shots.
When they arrived at 7300 block of Wabash Avenue, they found one victim dead with gunshot wounds. Two others were seriously injured. They were transported to the hospital where one man later died.
Police reported that they saw a dark gray Dodge Magnum driving away from the scene with three suspects inside; all of them have been described as young males.
