KANSAS CITY, Mo. — An adult male is in critical condition after a shooting Sunday afternoon in south Kansas City, Missouri.
According to the Kansas City Police Department, a man was shot around 4:20 p.m. in the 6100 block of Fairlane Drive after a domestic disturbance.
He was in critical but stable condition, according to KCPD.
A female suspect, who police said was assaulted before the shooting, remained at the scene and was taken into custody.
