Kansas City, Mo. police say a man was shot and killed outside the Bluebird Motel Tuesday evening.
Police say they were responding to a shooting when they discovered the victim in the parking lot showing no signs of life. A motel employer also said she was robbed by a black man wearing a black vest just before the shooting.
