UPDATE, 5 p.m. | KSHB 41 Weather Meteorologist Wes Peery has been monitoring the radar returns and found the smoke showing up on the radar.
ORIGINAL REPORT | The Ray County Sheriff’s Office says multiple fire agencies are on scene battling multiple structure fires in the Sunshine Lake area.
According to a social media post, sheriff’s deputies are also on scene and are asking for the public’s help to avoid the area.
