KANSAS CITY, Mo. — An 11-year-old girl from Olathe, Kansas, was injured Saturday at Table Rock Lake.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the incident happened around 3:45 p.m. Saturday on the lake, south of Branson West.
MSHP said the girl, who was wearing a safety device, jumped off a 2022 Crest Pontoon to assist another swimmer. In the process, she was struck by a boat propeller.
She sustained serious injuries and was transported by Air Care to a hospital in Springfield.
