Olathe man charged in February shooting gets bond revoked

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A 29-year-old Olathe man is back in jail after his bond was revoked Tuesday in connection with a shooting in February, according to court documents.

Landon Smith faces charges of attempted first-degree murder, criminal discharge of a firearm at a motor vehicle, criminal discharge of a firearm at a dwelling or structure, aggravated battery and criminal threat.

According to court documents, Smith shot at a woman on Feb. 26, 2019. He also allegedly shot at a vehicle and a building and assaulted a different woman.

His next court date has not been set at this time.
