INDEPENDENCE, Mo. -- One man is dead and another is facing charges after a Saturday afternoon shooting at an Independence gas station.
A news release from the Independence Police Department states the victim and suspect got into a fight outside FavTrip at 10507 E. 23rd St.
Police arrested the suspect at the gas station.
Independence police identified the victim as Cahoone Littlejohn, 24, of Independence.
Marc Barron, 19, faces second-degree murder and armed criminal action charges in Littlejohn's death.
