A man took a concealed weapon from another man and used the gun to shoot the gun owner in a leg.
A news release from Overland Park police states the gunman, a 59-year-old Overland Park man, became friends with two other men near 80th Street and Santa Fe.
The 59-year-old man got mad when he found out one of the other men had a concealed handgun.
He took the gun and pointed the weapon at both men.
Police said he shot the gun owner in a leg.
The victim is at a hospital being treated for his wound.
The alleged gunman is in the Johnson County Jail.
