KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The ice storm moving through Kansas City Wednesday night did not put a chill on violence.
One man was found shot to death at about 8 p.m. at the intersection of East 14th Street and Highland Avenue. Police identified the man as Thierno Sy, 22, of Kansas City.
No suspect information was available Wednesday night.,
Police said there is a large apartment complex and other buildings near where the shooting occurred.
