KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A man riding a scooter was hit and killed by a vehicle April 5 at East 6th Street and Prospect Avenue in Kansas City, Missouri.
Police said the incident happened at 7:10 p.m.
The victim was identified as Tyler Green, 31.
