KANSAS CITY, Mo. — One person was killed in a shooting at North 59th Street and State Avenue in Kansas City, Kansas, Sunday.
KCKPD confirmed a man was found in the street with apparent gunshot wounds and was confirmed as dead.
He was later identified as 30-year-old Maurice Hunter Jr. of Kansas City, Kansas.
The shooting happened at the Carroll Creek trailer park outside of one of the trailer homes.
