KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas City police have released the name of the man killed in an apartment on Hardesty last week.
Police say Joseph Mason, 67, was found with a gunshot wound in an apartment on the 1100 block of Hardesty on Jan. 11. He was taken to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Police have not said if they are aware of a motive in the shooting or released any information on suspects.
