Kansas City police are investigating a second Saturday homicide in Kansas City, Mo.
Police were dispatched just before 3 p.m. to the 600 block of Elmwood on a report of a dead body.
There, they discovered a dead male inside a vehicle parked in the area.
Investigators determined the man was shot to death.
The body was found in a silver Malibu.
