LENEXA, Kan. – Police are on the look-out for a woman they say stole another woman’s purse and then tried to cash a check in the victim’s name.
Officers were called out during late morning on April 9 to a U.S.P.S. branch in the 8800 block of Monrovia.
A woman told officers her car window was smashed and her purse stolen.
Police released surveillance video showing the suspect at a nearby business.
