Police say someone fired several shots that struck a home and a car on a northland street Saturday morning.
Authorities were dispatched out to the 800 block of NE 61st Terrace around 6:30 a.m. on a report of shots fired in the area.
When they arrived, they located shell casings in the street. Further investigation revealed that three shots were fired into a home. An additional four shots were fired into a car parked outside.
Police tell 41 Action News that two people were inside the house at the time, though neither one was injured by the gunfire.
Investigators are working to determine if there was any connection between the home and the suspect.
