Police are investigating a carjacking after a man was held at gunpoint early Wednesday morning.
Officers were called to 71 Hwy. and 63rd Street in Kansas City, Missouri around 1:45 a.m. on reports of a carjacking.

According to the authorities, the victim was held at gunpoint before his vehicle was stolen.
The victim chased the driver and found his red car crashed at the corner of Gregory Boulevard and 71 Highway.
The suspect fled on foot, officials said. No arrests have been made.
