Raytown police seek 22-year-old man in homicide investigation

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Police in Raytown are asking for help to find a man wanted in connection with a deadly Saturday morning shooting.

The Raytown Police Department identified Jordan T. Coleman, 22, as a person of interest in a homicide shortly after 6 a.m. in the 10700 block of East 59th Street.

Responding officers found a crashed car with a shooting victim inside, who was pronounced dead at the scene.

A woman who was in the vehicle jumped out before the crash and was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. She was not shot.
