KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Missouri State Highway Patrol cancelled a Silver Alert issued Tuesday afternoon after a missing Independence man was located and is safe.
Victor Asa Poulter Jr., 87, was reported missing about 12:30 p.m. when he got separated from his wife.
He was following her in a separate vehicle from a CarMax in Independence, the patrol said.
