KANSAS CITY, Mo. – A woman on the University of Kansas campus in Lawrence says a man pulled up next to her Monday morning while performing a lewd act in his truck.
Police say the woman – who is not a student – was walking east on Memorial Drive around 11:30 a.m. when the man drove by in a white pickup.
The man is described as a white male between 20-30 years-old with brown hair.
