KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Police are looking for two men wanted for trying to break into a Longfellow house in February.

Home surveillance video released Monday by Kansas City Police show the men approach a home in the 2600 block of Campbell around 7 a.m. on Feb. 22.

The men break a glass front door, which prompts the homeowner to see respond to see what’s going on.

That’s when one of the men, wearing sandals, pulls out a large rifle and aims it at the front door.

The homeowner calls for his wife to call police.

By the time police arrived, the suspects had fled the scene in a white car.

Police say one of the two men stole a package from the porch of the house a few days prior.

Anyone with information is asked to call the TIPS Hotline at (816) 474-8477.
