KANSAS CITY, MO — The West-bound lanes of I-670 at U.S. 71 are back open after they were shut down for several hours Saturday morning.
The lanes were shut down following a head-on crash that sent three people to the hospital.
Kansas City Police tell KSHB 41 that three people were taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
