The man charged in an October homicide has also been indicted with tampering evidence from a grand jury.
According to the Circuit Court of Clay County, Rowdy D. Davis burned a 2014 Ford Focus on Oct. 5 with the purpose to impair its availability in a homicide investigation.
On Oct. 5, Ronald Pruitt, 35, of Kansas City, Missouri, died after a shooting at 8105 Blue Ridge Blvd. in Kansas City, Missouri, a little before 4 a.m. Another victim was transported to a local hospital.
